It’s About The Girls!… And We Here That The Breasts Are Pretty Good Too!

 Hooter’s Culture…. How it all began….

What’s shakin’.. I’m Boobie (Some call me Boob) a nickname I’ve had since birth (Really!)) and as I wander this planet I make it a point to stop at every Hooters restaurant, breastaurant or any place they have hot servers on the menu in a neverending quest to fulfill my almost famous “Boobie’s World Tour..”
This website is a monumental testament to all of the hot servers and other wonderful people that I’ve met along the way..
The idea for this website came to me when I walked into the Hooter’s of Greensboro, NC for the first time.. I had seen the colorfully bedecked exterior many times from interstate 40 and kept saying to myself, “One day I’m gonna stop in there.”
To be sure, that wasn’t my first time at a Hooter’s…. The first time was in Newnan, Ga.. But this was the first time that I had my camera in hand ready to document the occasion.
The first girl I met was a University of North Carolina student named Michelle whom I would forge a long friendship with. As time would go on I would get to know many of the girls there and at the nearby Hooter’s of Winston-Salem.
So here we are today and I’m still wandering the planet and I still possess a penchant for Hooters and hot girls..
Let’s face it, when anybody thinks of Hooter’s or any establishment like it, the first thing that comes to mind is the girls.
But as you’ll learn in this website, there’s an individual flavor to each restaurant that goes far beyond the facade of the servers.
As the name implies, there’s a culture to this thing we call the breastaurant.
When I first started this site it was exclusively devoted to the orange and white clad beauties of Hooters, but little by little it became a place for all waitresses and servers and even cheerleaders and strippers.
And although the name hasn’t changed, one thing that has changed is that it’s no longer all about the girls…. Ok, so it IS all about the girls!
But there is more to enjoy like the sports and the laid back atmosphere.

“Breastaurants” as they’re known are sprouting up all over America and for good reason.  No two are exactly the same but none is more popular than the home of those orange and white clad, buxom beauties.
A Hooters Girl is a waitress employed by the Hooters restaurant chain. They are recognizable by their uniform of a white tank top with the Hooters owl logo and the location name on the front paired with the famously short orange runner’s shorts.
The idea of the uniform came from one of the orginal owners who had a crush on one of his co-workers, who would go running at lunchtime in a white tank top and orange shorts.
About $5.45 for orange shorts
About $6 for the Hooters embellished tank top
About $3.25 for a pouch
About $2.50 for “suntan” pantyhose
About $2.25 for thick white scrunch socks
Hot Wings – About $9.99
Beer – About $2.99
Hooters Waitress with those shorty shorts and the luscious boobies pushing through the push up bra….Priceless.

As the legend goes, it was in Clearwater, Florida that the first owl-bedecked girls elbowed into the limelight in their radiant orange and white ensembles. From there, the succulent fruits of corporate labor gained popularity faster than the ones at the neighboring Tropicana. It’s even questionable these days as to whose oranges are the Sunshine State’s most conspicuous export!

To hear the name “Hooters” evokes an avalanche of opinions ranging from good, wholesome family fun to racy, stereotypical sex objects.
But whatever one’s own feelings are, it’s certainly not all about the girls…. Ok, it is all about the girls…. But there’s much more to Hooters’ restaurants than most people will allow themselves to get to know. There’s the food, the atmosphere and all the flavorful fun of a sports bar, a diner and a tropical vacation tightly twisted into one unforgettable experience.
No two restaurants are exactly alike. And each sizzles with sex appeal and oozes with the regional flavor of each city and town it finds itself situated in. There’s a cultural persona and a fierce fan following to the restaurants (in)famously known as “Delightfully Tacky, Yet Unrefined.” So come inside, have a seat and enjoy the experience of a lifetime. Oh, BTW, it’s ok if you stare!

The first Hooters opened October 4, 1983, in Clearwater, Florida. The casual beach-theme establishments feature Oldies jukebox music, sports on television, and a menu that includes seafood, sandwiches, salads and spicy chicken wings. Today, Hooters operates and franchises more than 450 restaurants in 43 U.S. states and 26 countries worldwide.
The element of female sex appeal is prevalent in the restaurants, and the company believes the Hooters Girl is as socially acceptable as a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader or Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. Don’t worry – it’s your own home cooked romantic dinner – dress for the occasion in whatever way you want.
